Here is something you don't see many people bring up - why must ghosts be the souls of a deceased? It is more feasable that they are simply another form of life, that we have yet to explain.

That, you see, is my take on it as well.
I don't necessarily think what we call "ghosts" are deceased beings. I think they could be many different things. Even ranging as far as beings from another dimension "crossing into" ours. I know that's pretty far fetched, and that's pretty much my wildest theory.
