I gave Dell´s support 5 from 5 stars !
Although i had a few minor problems understanding the people (from the dialect, all Indian or Pakistani or something i think)
I told them about the problems i was having and 3-4 days later i already had a new Monitor free of hassle and any charges.

Sadly, it hasnt been that good for me. I really wish it was but after having to have my monitor replaced so many times in a short peroid of time they need to realize their product is crap and give me another of equal or more value.
