No he is not an alim and he doesnot charge any thinhg he is doing fesabeellallah but you have to call him everyday to remind him about you he just ask to give sadqa to the needy person near you and then he start his service for you and what he told us to do is read alot of durood shareef and quran and be punctual with you prayers thats it nothing more he ask for!! jazakallah
