I have attached the chains. One is from al-Maturidi to Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).
The other is, from Imam Kawthari to Prophet Muhammad.

p.s. I have changed the names in albanian,
j = y
ebu = abu
el- = al-

I can find the original (english-transliterated) names if someone needs them.
