and what about the constitution of pakistan that states in article 45 that 'the President has the absolute power to "grant pardon, reprieve and respite and to remit, suspend or commute any sentence passed by any court, tribunal or other authority'

yet Section 2.a states no law will will be made repugnant to the Quran and Sunnah.

what does imran khan say about that?
