Do you have different defination of the word. Murabits are puritanical in its economic model!! this is a well known fact. What are you going on about strict on clothing! The principle is described and yes most people can asily act upon clothing then economic model of Murabits. not everyone in the ummah are as focused as murabit in their economic stance. People are trying to get their ends meet and often forced into the situation where riba based economy is rife. This leaves two option fight it, change it or live with it! I prefer the first two option but one has to judge peoples ability.
