I read (old threads on) Sunniforum for quite a few months, researching madhabs, aqeedah, etc and eventually joined. I also joined Ummah Forums a few months back (under the same username) and visit IA every so often (although I have not joined it and do not intend to ). This is by far the most knowledgeable and least argumentative forum around and the mods do a good job Go on these other forums and look at the incessant arguing, trolling, insults to people due to fiqhi/aqeedah differences and swearing... not good
