I usually only read old threads and postings, SF is good people have good manners, most of the time. Islamic Awakening isnt very friendly, too much hizbiyyah, hot heads, insulting etc.
Ummah Forum has some good anasheed threads.
Siasat Forums- just to skim through Pak politics and the general views.
