Assalamoalaikum. I have a few questions:

1. Should i pray behind an Imam whom i think is not pure? I mean i have doubts regarding his purity so should i pray behind him?
2. And if an Imam pronounces the Arabic letters wrongly like giving a 'z' sound for the "dhaal" alphabet, is his prayer and the muqtadis prayer valid?
3. And what if the HALF the mosque has been built on illegal land and the other half on legal land. Should we pray in that mosque?
