This is illegal in my country and therefore you can say that some part of the mosque has been built on illegal land.

And what about the pronunciation problem. I have seen many people pronouncing Arabic wrongly. The 2 "H" sounds are not distinguished at all. The 2 "S" are seldom pronounced differently. Is this not a serious matter. I myself used to pronounce wrongly until recently when i finally corrected myself. Wrong pronunciation results in the whole meaning of a sentence being changed.

And Nomadic, what if the Imam really is not pure and the Muqtadis unknowingly let him lead the prayer. Will Allah accept their salat?
