I was praying behind an Imam for several years... day before yesterday i saw him doing BUSSSSS BUSSSSSSSSS MASAH on normal socks...

Should I switch to a different masjid?

Yes you should. Masah on normal socks is not permissible.
However, you should first try to explain this to the Imam, and if he still doesn't listen, then you should switch masjids.
