Regardless of the differences - we will have to give Shaykh Muhammad ibn al-Wahhaab (ra) this - he was one of the revivers of the sunnah who eradicated bid'ah to a great extent in the Arab peninsula mashaAllah.

If one reads that extract - one will be shocked at the level of degeneration in the Arab society at his time.
