Does anybody know of any Islamic Bookshops in Dubai?

I'm hoping to buy Safawaat al-Tafaasir by Shaykh Saabuni and Hashiyat al-Jamal ala al-Jalalayn..

Would appreciate any help, jazaakumullahu khayr.
