There are two factors for their successes:

* They view themselves as a minority and potentially under threat (by Muslims and others), hence their unity is stronger. Minority groups are always tied together in a better knot.
* They are less a religious group and more a racial group (thats how they perceive themselves; dispite them being from different ethnicities). Hence, they have a racial-superiority complex about them, this also helps them in being united and helping each other out, and most of all helping their "nation" out (Israel). This is no different than what we have from Chinese nowadays, and formerly from Japan, Germany, Russia. Even those chinese who dont like their govt, they love their country and strive to pursue glory for their nation.

The true jews are the "Mizrahis", the jews who are brown and from the middle-east. The palestinians themselves are more jewish than most zionist-jews, who are from europe, russia, central-asia.

Problem is, most jews consider themselvs part of a racial group, and the SAME racial group. This is just to justify their occupation Israel, claiming it is originally theirs. However, this mentality has also seeped into those who dont care much for "Judaism", but the racialism makes them become zionist and hence continue to identify themselves with "jewry".

I do not care much for personal wealth, but the "gains" of a community can have many forms and uses. And indeed, this pleases Allah... In the old day, a third of all children died in infancy. Our Prophet (sa) himself lost many of his children. The modern innovations and inventions in the medical field have totally turned it around. Children no longer need to suffer, women no longer need to suffer during or after birth. MANY lives are saved now. And vaccines have helped to prevent diseases/handicaps. Fans and ACs have helped to make it cooler for the Muslims in the masjid.

Information-technology has made it easier for muslims to communicate with their loved ones, seek advice from the reputed scholars, and spread news/truth which must be known by their fellow man/brethren. Cars and planes have made it much easier for the Musafir. Planes and ships make it possible for people from around the world to go to Hajj. And it makes it easier to do business/trade the way the Prophet (sa) took the caravan to syria, and the sahaba and Khadija (ra) did trade all around Arabia. Surely, these are "successes", and surely these please Allah (swt). Because ultimately every one of these innovations have helped the Muslims, and helped the cause of Allah. And surely our Rasul could have made use of each and every one of the aforementioned.

this is true and on the converse the Muslims mostly no longer identify truly with Islam,
they mostly identify with their race first and Islam second
and everywhere Muslims are sticking together in their racial groups against the rest
and within this they are sticking together with their national group against the rest
and within these they are sticking together with their tribal group against the rest
and within their tribal group they are sticking together with their broader families against the rest
and they are wrapped up in the world.

people don't see themselves as Muslims first any more, they have become Pakistani-Muslims instead of just Muslims from Pakistan and Turkish Muslims instead of just Muslims from Turkey.

When most Muslims are so far from the way of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) it is no wonder that Darussalam has become somewhere the kafiroon can use as their toilet, their bomb's target and then take whatever they want from it when they want.
