the question is ?
Salaah will be incomplete without al fathia ? So if someone is a hanafi we stay silent behind the imaam ? Will our salaah be incomplete ? Or complete ?

Salah of a Hanafi who doesn't recite Surah Al-Fatiha behind the Imam will be fine and complete without any problems, see details here:
