The title of the thread says it all " What to watch instead of Peace TV?"

Almost two decades back , a physically weak Muslim who can not even speak fluently , stood up in India and ever since he has turned into an inspiring legend. He has set up a dawah empire across the world and Millions of people have found Islam due to him. So much uncontested he is in the field of Dawah that in 2012 people are asking " What to watch instead of Peace TV?". But some "traditional , orthodox" Muslims want to save the world from his "fitna". It is no more than an unpleasant irony that instead of appreciating Dr Zakir Naik's good work , we are picking on his minor mistakes.

Not to make a comparison, but Nazim al-Haqqani, too, is doing a lot of da'wah and many people are accepting "Islam" (?) through him.
But "doing a lot of da'wah" is not the only criteria, and it's very clear that Zakir Naik, alongside calling people to practise/accept Islam, is also shaping their minds in a very specific way, which is what the brothers here call "fitna".
