As far as Surah Al-Fatihah is considered then there are three (3) differences of opinions:

1. Surah Al-Fatihah is NOT recited at all behind the Imam whether the Imam is reciting loudly or silently
2. Surah Al-Fatihah is ALWAYS recited behind the Imam whether the Imam is reciting loudly or silently
3. Surah Al-Fatihah is ONLY recited behind the Imam when the Imam is reciting silently

The evidence for first opinion is listed.

And the first opinion is Hanafi's (I think second is Shafi'i's, and third Maliki's, wa Allahu a'lam).

So it's all down to what madhhab you follow.
