The third opinion is that of Imam Ahmed Ibn Hanbal (RA) and also perhaps wrongly ascribed to Imam Muḥammad ibn al-Ḥasan al-Shaybānī (RA)

; I thought it was also the Maliki opinion but I may indeed be wrong, and Allah knows best!
