The third opinion is that of Imam Ahmed Ibn Hanbal (RA) and also perhaps wrongly ascribed to Imam Muḥammad ibn al-Ḥasan al-Shaybānī (RA)

oh I thought the third one was the opinion of Imam Abu Hanifa (ra).
