I have no idea if its been translated. But definitely a must have in collection, just look at the first chapter there - the work of dawat and tabligh is not opposed to madrasas. Another chapter says that the objective of dawat and tabligh is to connect the common people with the ulama. Its a great book no doubt.

Shaykh, if you read the malfuzaat of Hadrath Ilyasji ra, you'll find the same thing.
