I have also never read the Mathnavi of Jalāl ad-Dīn Muḥammad Balkhī (RA) cover to cover but here is the 1st volume of Masnavi with Tafseer of Shaykh (Maulana) Ashraf Ali Thanwi (RA). Total is 24 volumes:

Here is the orginal Mathnavi of Jalāl ad-Dīn Muḥammad Balkhī (RA) which is in 6 volumes:

The Urdu in Kaleed e Mathnavi is very high level though its difficult to understand much of it.
