Karguzari specifically is feedback/report on the experiences of the Jamaat brothers. What took place, where they went, the welfare/situation/Imaan of the people/majid where they were sent, the response of the people they gave dawah to; and from relating such experiences the responsible brothers can deduce the frequency of Jamaats that should be sent to such locality/city/country.

Also it works as an encouragement to others to go there for dawah purposes and also gives them an idea what to expect and to instill in them concern for the Ummah by being made aware of the real-life situation of Muslims throughout the world.

But in the case I used personally above; it refers to feedback of how someone's life changed, which I suppose can also be termed as a Karguzari.

Maybe someone knowledgeable can explain it better.
