Salaam.

Ill do one even better and quote from Ibn Taymiyyah book Al Aqeeda al wasitiyah:
Page 42:
The above ayaat confirm that Allah the exalted has real hands

In the same book the author confirms that allah has two eyes.If it isnt physical why is it just limited to two?

This is what happens when you choose others to interpret the quran other than the Holy Household.

When the prophet (saw) said the Ahlul Bayt and the Quran go hand in hand, its for a reason!.

Salaam
Again although this is off-topic and it is against my own `Aqeedah to even discuss this, but just to let you know that I'm not an expert on Ibn Tayymiya's `Aqaed, however he and those who agree with his understanding take what Allah (swt) and his Prophet (SAWS) say, for example:

The Jews say: Allah's hand is fettered. Their hands are fettered and they are accursed for saying so. Nay, but both His hands are spread out wide in bounty. He bestoweth as He will. [Ma'edah : 64]

He said: O Iblis! What hindereth thee from falling prostrate before that which I have created with both My hands? Art thou too proud or art thou of the high exalted? [Sad : 75]

So as usual him and those who follow his opinion declare that they prove what Allah proves and deny what Allah denies. So when Allah says this does he mean physical hands?

This is how they understand it I guess.
