I have looked in the biography of Hadhrat Uthman

by Dr Ali As-Sallabi and in there his name (Umar) is mentioned and his mother's name. However, there are no further details.

I think that the biographical information you require will be in the Arabic books of history. Ask a scholar or somebody who can read Arabic and has the requisite books to find more information.
