Apparently, you still don't understand what I am saying.

No, we should not allow the Christians or the Jews to personally "guide" or "teach" us.

But there is no problem in reading the Torah and accepting it's words on issues where it agrees with the Quran and Sunnah.
Firstly, there is a very serious problem because Sayyidina Rasul-ullah instructed us not to care whether it agrees or disagrees.

Secondly, in the commentary there are several opinions and the bible happens to agree with one of the opinions and not the verse of the Qur'aan.

So you are a Dimwit to state that it agrees with the Qur'aan when it doesn't, it agrees with one of the opinions and not the verse.

This is what the Qur'aan says:

[12:20] And they sold him for a paltry price, for a few silver-coins, and they had not much interest in him.

This is what you quoted from the bible:

Genesis 37:28 "So when the Midianite merchants came by, his brothers pulled Joseph up out of the cistern and sold him for twenty shekels of silver to the Ishmaelites, who took him to Egypt"

If the previous books agrees on that then no worry in that.
Brother,

Have you actually READ after asking your question as to what the answer is and HOW its formulated? HOW did you conclude that the bible agrees with the Qur'aan?
