Assalamulaikum,

I happen to recieve a book by Bilal Philips Title "The Evolution of Fiqh"

Has this book been replied to or refuted by anyone ?

Yes i know of a Mufti who is in the process of making a "Evolution of Fiqh" in rebuttal to this, i don't know the title of the book but it will be much more deeper.

He's been working on it for quite a while, and will be a masterpiece Insha-Allah.

as for the dates of release, maybe not long.
