Brother these advices are from Ahmed Sanus Hussain, I just wrote them down in a point form to share with everyone.

The best that I liked is:

Any dominating idea or purpose held in conscious mind through repeated effort and emotionalized by a burning desire for its realization is taken over by the subconscious and acted upon through whatever natural and logical means may be available.

InshaAllah, now its time to implement them.
