Lol, i think you don't like Shaykh Hamza Yusuf. Well thats not the issue, take the 7 mins of the lecture i posted.
If he said it after 9/11 or 2011 doesn't matter. Concentrate on the message implied on the 7 mins.

The message is : "Laymen should NOT play scholar." period.

Thats all thats there in the 7 minute video, that all i wanted to convey Akhi. The rest i don't want to discuss.(Atleast not in this thread)

I had this disease of thinking i knew better by just reading a few hadith. lol. I even went through a phase which i thought Madhabs were wrong.
Alhamdulillah it changed when i saw some lectures where the scholars say Laymen should NOT play with fiqh and fatwas.
