^^What part of 'he DOES NOT have the power to kick her out of the Mall' don't you get?

Under new rules set by the King, they should only ''advice'' as the sister in the clip said {i think you chose not to hear that bit}, they are forbidden under the new rules to harrass women based on their clothes etc..

“You are not in charge of me,” she shouts back, referring to new constraints imposed earlier this year on the religious police banning them from harassing Saudi women for their attire.

“The government has banned you from coming after us,” she tells the men, adding, “you are only supposed to provide advice and nothing more.”

In January, King Abdullah appointed a moderate to head the religious police raising hopes that a more lenient force would ease strict social constraints in the country.

Sheikh Abdullatif Abdel Aziz al-Sheikh banned volunteers from serving in the commission which enforces the kingdom’s strict Islamic rules.

In April he went further when he prohibited the religious police from “harassing people” and threatened “decisive measures against violators.”

The lady is 100% right! That's why she called the Police to complain against the HARRASSMENT...and as you can see the clip, the police are asking the MUTAWE3EEN to leave the Mall. She knew the LAW was on her side otherwise she wouldn't create a fuss!

Obviously you don't even know about the new rules and regulations in Saudi Arabia and you live there lol
Telling her to leave the mall is advice, and he can advice her about that all he wants, that's part of his job. By saying "Get out of the mall" he's advising her. She didn't want to listen, that's her choice, and like brothers said.. she will be questioned by Allah for her SINS. It's a sorry state that we are in that women (and men) are acting in such strange ways.

You're right I don't know the laws about women, cause I try not to go near them, and I try not to go to malls because of this type of Fitnah, and I know that if it were me I would have gotten angry at her. I very highly doubt (even if the women in the video said so) that the law says you can't tell women to cover properly (hijaab at least)

She is uncovered, and EVEN if the "law" says not to "harrass her" she still has to be covered properly, so it's still ANYONES Islamic duty to enforce that upon her.
