This is a common mistake made by people of Indian/Bangladeshi descent whose primary language isn't Urdu: the ز or ذ are changed into a ج. Why am I bringing this up? Because you said "Mujakkar"

It is written as follows: مذكر so it would be muzakkar in Urdu.

Here's another proverb:

جیسا کرو گے ویسا بھرو گے
Jaisa karo gay, waisa bharo gay.
It means that you reap what you sow.
