Simplest Istikhara is to read:

Allahuma khirli wakhtarli
O Allah (SWT) grant me a choice and choose for me.

You can read it as many times as you want, on-the-go and whenever.

Anyone know whether Salatul Istikhara and Salatul Hajah could be combined?

In the Hanafi Madhab it is best to keep them separate.
