Just received this sad news from my friends in B'lore & KSA that Maulana has passed away today sometime after Fajr namaz in Makkah, he was Imam of the Jamia masjid in Bangalore since ages and among the most well respected Ulema in South India. He is a Qari too. May Allah SWT forgive him, grant him maghfirah, grant him Jannat Ul Firdaus, grant him aafiyatt from now until Jannah. Summa Aameen. If there are any bangloreans here in Sf, they should know more about this.
