May Allah

give complete 100% health to your little nephew and give sabr to his parents, you, and all of his family. May He let this little boy grow up to be one who pleases the Creator as well as the creation. Ameen.

Brother if not already doing so, please pray Tahajjud in the last 3rd of the night (the couple of hours before Fajr) and cry to Allah

to make the best of this situation for your nephew and all of you. Also give sadaqah in his name to someone needy and/or at the Masjid where they collect sadaqah, doesn't matter if it's even just a very small amount of money. Also remain steadfast in the deen and in practicing every sunnah of the Prophet

you possibly can.

Don't doubt your sincerity as you obviously have great concern for this little boy if you are making this post on here.
