There can be two correct Arabic transliterations (it's missing an 'al' before malik, and the correct vowels) for the above: سُبحَانَ المَالِكِ الخَلّاَقِ الفَعَّالِ سُبحَانَ المَلِكِ الخَلّاَقِ الفَعَّالِ The meaning for both is approximately: I exalt The Sovereign, The Creator, The Doer It is basically a wazifa, or supplication, which refers to the Ayaat after it to invoke the mercy and Mashi'at of Allah SWT.
