History moves in cycles so Muslim history always had periods of decline and periods of renewal. It is the first time however that millions of Muslims globally live without a leader. The decline had many factors usually it is the death of the heart...spiritually Muslims had become complacent and comfortable...and when the Europeans brought their new techniques of organization and technology the Muslims became wonder struck by it...If Muslims want to regain power they need to implement the deen:

1) Ibaadat (salaat, zakat, haj etc.)
2) Muamalat (Islamic trade, contracts, currency and leadership etc.)
