Have any of your read aqida tahawi? It says clearly in the end that rebellion is haram alayk.

This is regarding MUSLIM RULERS, not about KUFFAR RULERS.
As explained in pretty any Islamic manual.

Alawis are kuffar.

And this is what these people are doing, rebelling, and not even for allah's sake, but for this silly western abstraction called democracy.

There are Mujahidin fighting in Syria, and not for democracy.

Traditionally the ulema said you should be patient, have sabr with the ruler, he won't live forever. Pray for a better ruler, don't rebel because what comes from that is way worse than the thulm of a tyrant.

Asad is not just a "tyrant", he's a KAFIR.
