For advice as opposed to annulment, try As-Suffa Institute in Birmingham. They have reputable scholars who I have studied by or attended their lectures; the likes of Shaykh Zahir, Mufti Liaquat Zaman, Mufti Muhammad Sajaad etc. They all speak English and are conversant with the type of issues you mention.
