Assalamu `Alaykum.

I just have a few questions regarding salah. I'd prefer answers agreeing with the Maliki madhab, but I'll take any answers.

#1: When praying Dhuhr or `Asr behind an Imam, and when the Imam recites silently, should I recite any Surah to myself or should I just not do/say anything until the Imam goes into ruku`?

#2: Can we only mouth the Qur'an and the other words in salah and not say them out loud nor whisper them? Is this valid? Or is at least a very low whisper necessary?
