You are a shafaee. So according to shafaee madhab, you should raise your hands while going to rukoo and after the rukoo.

Don't try to learn from youtube or other sites.

The madrasah or masjid near your residence is best reliable source for getting islamic knowledge. So you must personally meet a scholar near your residence and present your case.

Thank you brother. Tha thing is I now live in Australia and when I go to the mosque, the person on my right prays differently and the guy on my left prays differently and sometimes I get so distracted that I rather pray at home or pray alone. I always get depressed now after my prayers, worrying if I prayed right. Thank you for kind reply brother. I love you.
