Only a foolish will try to derive shariah and fiqh by reading books of hadith unless one has all the tools and knowhow. Often people can fall into missguidance by acting upon ahadith. In a same way someone interpreting quran and commenting on it is classed as sinful without training and knowledge in the subject. Unfortunately in todays world people suffering from delusion of grandeur have opted for Jahalat and too quickly make remarks on the field they have no permission or full knowledge of.
