I do raising hands in salah according to the hadith you have mentioned, and i also know that omitting is also permittable

My question is i have seen people adding raising hands when they are going to apostrate, (after sitting "rabighfili..."), is that permitted by a mahdab, if it is what mahdab?

In shafie school of thought, if one raises his hands in solat not at the places where it is desireable/permissable, then it is considered extra movements. And consciously making 3 "big" consecutive movements (one after another without interruption) would deem ones salah void.
