is there any muslim government in the entire world that does not contradict their claim of being muslim and does not act in the interest of the kuffar?

If you count A!-Shabaab and Tal!ban as 'Muslim government", then i have found 2 ...

Bro TripoliSunni, well said. Short and sweet. I say don't throw them (yet), bring the entire list of their crimes to light, expose them and punish them accordingly.

Moving on, why we keep criticizing Pakistan is not because we hate it. Quite the opposite; rather, we have hopes for "something big" emerging from there. The Darul Ulooms, the Ulema-e-Haq, the (TRUE) tasawwuf all this gives us encouragement inshaa Allah. Just as no one criticizes his neighbour's son for robbery, but beats his son upside down for something far smaller. pretty much the same thing here.

Anyway, let us all make dua for Pakistan, inshaa Allah.
