Rasulullah s.a.w. visit a patient but ask another sahabi to treat and give medicine to the patient
From hadith riwayat Abu Nu'aim (hadith #1920, Ma'rifah al-Sahabah) where Hadzrat Sa'ad r.a. fell sick and Rasulullah s.a.w. asked Hadzrat alHarith ibn Kaldah asSaqafi r.a. to treat and give hadzrat Sa'ad medicine.

Rasulullah s.a.w. was treated with ruqyah by Hadzrat Jibril a.s. who was sent by ALLAH s.w.t.
Hadith Rasulullah s.a.w. from Abu Sa'id alKhudri r.a. that Jibril a.s. came to Rasulullah s.a.w. and asked; "Ya Muhammad, are you sick?"
Rasulullah s.a.w. replied; "Yes"
Jibril a.s. said (ie recited ruqyah upon Rasulullah s.a.w.); "Bismillaahi arqeeka, min kulli shay-in yu'dzeeka, min sharri kulli nafsin aw 'ainin haasidin, Allaahu yashfeeka, bismillaahi arqeeka"
- HR Muslim (hadith #5700)

Rasulullah s.a.w. was treated by Hadzrat Aisyah r.a.ha according to method taught by the Rasulullah s.a.w.
Hadith Rasulullah s.a.w. from Aisyah r.a.ha;
"Usually when anyone of us is sick, Rasulullah s.a.w. would make "masah" (wipe) with his right hand and recite;
Adzhibil ba'sa, rabban naas, washfe antash shaafee laa shifaa'a illaa shifaa'uka, shifaa-an laa yughaadiru saqaman
When Rasulullah s.a.w. was ill and became more serious (chronic), I hold his hand to perform just as he (s.a.w.) would normally do, but Rasulullah s.a.w. pulled his hand from mine, and recited;
Allaahummagh firlee waj'allee ma'a ar-rafeeqi al-a'laa"
- HR Muslim (hadith #5707)
