Rasulullah s.a.w. give guidance in treating patient afflicted with al-'Ain illness with water surplus from wudhu or bath from the the person that is the source of the illness
Hadith Rasulullah s.a.w. from Ibn 'Abbas r.a.huma;
"al-'Ain disease (from the vision of person with bad intention and full of hasad) is true. If there is anything that is able to overtake taqdeer, verily disease from the wicked deed of al-'Ain will overtake. If you (the person that is the source of the al-'Ain disease) are asked to bathe (for the purpose of treating patient afflicted with al-'Ain), go and take the bath."

Rasulullah s.a.w. approves treatment with alfatihah as ruqyah onto a person stung by scorpion
Hadith Rasulullah s.a.w. from Abu Sa'id alKhudri r.a.
"Verily several person from the sahabah Rasulullah s.a.w. were in a journey. They went to an Arab village and had hoped that the villager will accept them as guests but the villagers did not accept them.
However, a person inquired from them; "Is there among you a "raqi" ? (hal fee kum raaqin?) for our head of village has been stung"
One of the sahabah r.a. replied; "Yes, there is"
And he met with the head of the village and recited ruqyah onto him with fatihatil Kitab (ie surah alFatihah) and the village head was cured.
The sahabi r.a. was given several goats but he declined accepting it and said; I will relate this to Nabi s.a.w. and he went to see Nabi s.a.w.and related the incident.
He said; "O Rasulullah, By ALLAH! I didnot ruqyah anything except only with surah alFatihah.
Rasulullah s.a.w. smiled and said; "How did you know that it (ie surah alFatihah) is a ruqyah?"
and he s.a.w. continued saying; "Accept (the gift) from them and get me one portion with you."
- Hadith Muslim, hadith #5733
