al-Salamu `Aleykum,

I have a question maybe the brothers can help me out in this because it's a bit confusing... During the time of the Prophet (SAWS) when the Muslims were attacked in some village by the Kouffar, how did the Prophet (SAWS) and his companions react?

(A)
Did they light candles in solidarity with those Muslims?

OR

(B)
Did they change their Facebook profile pics?

OR

(C)
Is there something else they did? please help me out if you know the answer...
