Yes that was the translator Sh. Abdul Karim Yahya, I really enjoyed that eventhough Allah knows best what was the reason behind it. On a side note that lecture was at Lakemba mosque in Sydney. I didn't get to hear that talk but managed to see him at another venue Alhamdulilah.
