Do you still have any proof that Adult sites are still running in Pakistan? do you want me to post the links here?

You know they are blocking sites everyday they found. I am not saying that they blocked all but those where Pakistani users reached a lot. ok. if you are so sure then go to your near internet cafe, give him Rs. 10 or 20 sit in the cabin and simply search the history!
