There is no way to get halal finance in U.K. Best is Qarz-e-Hasana but who has spare money to lend.

I relocated to a different Town few years back let my House, (no loan on it) and myself moved to a tenanted House. In last 3 years for one reason or another I had to move 4 times which is a big hasel.

Now my Landlords like me to vacate their house as they want to sell it. This would be 5 th move. We feel its better to sell ours and buy something here but can't sell quickly unless sell it at ridiculously low price.

We thought about Halal Finance. I felt the same and totally agree with you that they label it halal but its not.

I sometimes feel to start something new which is pure Islamic, e.g sell my House to multiple investors who want to invest cash in halal way, and distribute the rent among them according to their share. Do you think that would work.
