There are various groups claiming "sunni-at"

e.g. both deobandi and barelwi claim they they are sunni while the other is not and both refer to themselves as sunni rather than deobandi/barelwi. (thus this "Sunni" forum).

Baseless allegation. Deobandis never claim themselves as "the only Sunni". Who is not a Shi'ite, he is Sunni- it's the general meaning. Deviant Barelwis call themselves as "only Sunni" (Deobandis and Salafis are out of fold of Islam- according to them).

This forum's name is not also based on your silly claim.
