,
for the advice but concerning
Does this mean we should not be making du'a or without any conviction?
Certainly not Brother,'We should/ must make dua,but leave the outcome of that dua to Allah swt,and gladly accept whatever has been decided for us.Dua is a big act of ibadat itself, clearly implying that 1) We do believe in Allah swt (2) We are convinced that Allah swt is THE ONLY ONE who can take care of our problems, and Allah swt does NOT share his authority with any one (3) That He is HAKIM (the ruler) and HAKEEM (with absolute wisdom).Being a HAKIM He has every authority to do what He wants...and as a HAKEEM, He does every thing according to hikma.
In short tafweez means, you make dua,but accept the outcome of that dua like a slave, who remains depended on/and faithful to his Master, come what may.
